Zoho One and Zoho Books Pricing in the UAE: Licence and Implementation

Official AED Licence Prices, Add-Ons, VAT and the Implementation Costs to Plan For

The total cost of Zoho has two parts: what you pay Zoho for licences, and what you pay a partner to set it up. This page sets out Zoho’s published UAE licence prices in AED, checked on 21 October 2026, and explains what drives implementation cost, so you can budget before you talk to anyone.

Licence Fees and Implementation Are Two Different Costs

Licence Fees and Implementation Are Two Different Costs

  • Licence fees are paid to Zoho, monthly or annually, for as long as you use the software. Zoho publishes them, and they are the same whether you buy directly or through a partner.
  • Implementation is paid to a partner such as Techvaria, mostly once, for setup, data migration, integrations and training. It depends on your scope, not on Zoho’s price list.

Comparing options on licence price alone understates the first-year cost, so we show both lines separately in every proposal.

Zoho One Pricing in the UAE

Zoho One bundles 50+ Zoho business apps under one subscription and one invoice. Zoho offers two pricing models, shown in AED on its Zoho One pricing page for UAE visitors:

  • All Employee pricing: AED 135 per employee per month billed annually, or AED 164 billed monthly. Every employee on payroll must be licensed.
  • Flexible User pricing: AED 329 per user per month billed annually, or AED 383 billed monthly. You license only the users who need access.

Zoho states that local taxes such as VAT are charged on top of these prices. Its pricing FAQ adds that there is no minimum number of licences, no long-term contract, and that the price is the same whether you buy directly or through a local partner. Enterprise and Premium support plans are optional add-ons.

Beyond the licence, these are the costs that shape your total budget:

Plan and Edition

The plan sets your users, transaction limits and features. Choosing a plan below your needs often means an upgrade and rework within a year.

Users and Licence Growth

Extra Zoho Books users, new Zoho One employees and added apps all raise the recurring cost as the business grows.

Add-Ons

Additional users and locations, expense claims, BillPay and e-invoicing transaction packs are priced separately from the base plan.

Data Migration

Moving from Tally, QuickBooks or spreadsheets, especially open invoices, opening balances and stock, is usually the largest one-time effort.

Integrations

Connections to banks, payment gateways, e-commerce platforms or an existing ERP add setup work and sometimes third-party fees.

E-Invoicing Readiness

Accredited service provider onboarding, master data clean-up and testing ahead of the UAE e-invoicing go-live dates.

Training

Training for each team that uses the system, not only finance, so the licences you pay for are actually used.

Annual Support

Changes, new users and new requirements after go-live, covered by a support plan or billed as change requests.

Zoho Apps You Can License Separately or in Zoho One

Each app can be bought on its own subscription or as part of Zoho One. Which works out cheaper depends on how many apps and how many people you need.

How We Price a Zoho Implementation

How We Price a Zoho Implementation

Implementation is quoted per project, after a scoping call, because the effort depends on what you need rather than on the licence you buy. The main drivers are:

  • Apps and modules in scope: Zoho Books alone, Zoho CRM with Books, or a wider Zoho One rollout.
  • Entities and branches: each Zoho Books organisation, branch or location adds setup and testing.
  • Data to migrate: opening balances only, or open invoices, stock and transaction history.
  • Integrations and custom apps: WhatsApp, payment gateways, e-commerce or a Zoho Creator app for a process the standard apps do not cover.
  • Training and support: the number of teams to train and the level of support after go-live.

You receive a written, fixed quote before work starts, with Zoho licence fees shown separately. For wider budgeting, see our guide to SME digital transformation costs in the UAE, or our Zoho One implementation services in the UAE and Zoho Books implementation services.

Industries We Serve Across the UAE

UAE-Specific Costs: VAT, E-Invoicing and Billing

Three UAE factors affect the final figure on your Zoho invoices and budget.

VAT on licences and implementation

Zoho’s published prices exclude local taxes. Software subscriptions and implementation services are generally subject to UAE VAT at the standard rate of 5%, either charged on the invoice or accounted for by a VAT-registered business under the reverse charge when the supplier bills from outside the UAE. Include VAT in both the licence and the implementation budget, and check how it applies to your business with your tax adviser.

E-invoicing add-on and readiness

Zoho Books offers eInvoicing transaction packs from the Professional plan, with the first 100 transactions free. Under the UAE e-invoicing timeline, businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more go live on 1 January 2027 and the rest on 1 July 2027. Our Zoho Books e-invoicing readiness guide covers the preparation.

Annual or monthly billing

Annual billing is Zoho’s lowest price: AED 60 instead of AED 69 a month for Zoho Books Standard, and AED 135 instead of AED 164 per employee for Zoho One All Employee pricing. Monthly billing costs more but lets you adjust sooner. Zoho’s FAQ notes that payment must be made in the currency of the country where the account is created.
