Zoho Support Partner in the UAE, Backed by Implementation Experience
Techvaria is a Certified Zoho Premium Partner, and our support team works alongside the consultants who implement Zoho, so issues are diagnosed by people who understand how systems are built. Typical requests include a workflow that stopped firing after a field was renamed, an integration that fails quietly when an access token expires, undocumented Deluge functions from a previous provider, and reports that no longer match the figures finance expects. We handle these across Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, People, Creator, Analytics and Zoho One, including systems originally set up by other partners.
Zoho Support, Maintenance and Optimisation in the UAE
Support and implementation are different jobs: implementation builds a system, support keeps it accurate, secure and useful month after month. Our support covers troubleshooting, maintenance of workflows and approval rules, integration monitoring, custom function updates, user help and periodic health checks. For Zoho Books, it includes maintaining VAT rates, invoice templates, multi-currency settings and bank feeds as your accountant advises. If you are still rolling out Zoho, start with our Zoho implementation services in the UAE; for CRM-specific help, see our Zoho CRM support and maintenance page.
What Our Zoho Support Covers
Support can run as an ongoing plan or as one-off help for a specific problem, and the services below can be combined to match the applications you use and the help your team needs.
Zoho Application Troubleshooting & Bug Fixes
We trace errors, failed automations, slow pages and permission problems to their cause, fix them, and test the affected process before closing the request.
Workflow & Automation Maintenance
Workflows, Blueprints, approval rules and scheduled functions updated as your processes and authority limits change, so automation keeps matching how you work.
Zoho CRM Support & Optimization
Help with pipelines, lead assignment, custom modules, layouts, reports and dashboards, plus clean-up of duplicate records and fields nobody uses any more.
Zoho Books & Finance Support
Maintenance of VAT rates and treatments, tax invoice templates, multi-currency settings, bank feeds and reconciliation rules, updated with your finance team as requirements change.
Third-Party Integration Maintenance
Monitoring and repair of connections to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, payment gateways and eCommerce stores, including expired tokens and API changes.
Custom Functions & Deluge Support
Review, documentation and repair of Deluge scripts and custom functions, including code left by a previous provider, and maintenance of Zoho Creator applications.
User Training & Help Desk Support
A point of contact for user questions, refresher sessions for existing teams, and onboarding for new joiners on the system as it is configured today.
System Audit & Performance Optimization
Periodic health checks of configuration, data quality, user roles and automation load, with a prioritised list of fixes and improvements rather than a generic report.
Zoho Applications We Support in the UAE
Most support requests involve more than one application, such as a CRM deal that creates a Books invoice. We support the applications below individually and as a connected setup, so a fix in one place does not break something elsewhere.
Zoho One
Administration of the full suite: users, licences, roles, single sign-on and the cross-app connections that keep CRM, finance, HR and service data in step.
Zoho CRM
Ongoing changes to sales processes, territories, lead rules, custom modules and reports, plus fixes when automations or integrations stop behaving as expected.
Zoho Creator
Maintenance of custom apps and Deluge code, including fixes, new fields and forms, performance tuning and documentation of logic that was never written down.
Zoho Analytics
Upkeep of data syncs, KPIs and dashboards, with checks that reports still reconcile with source data after other systems change.
Zoho People
Support for leave and attendance policies, shift rules, appraisal cycles and document expiry reminders as your workforce and policies evolve.
Zoho Payroll
Help with salary components, payslips, gratuity settings and payroll runs, coordinated with your HR and finance teams.
Zoho Desk
Support for ticket routing, SLA rules, channels, escalations and knowledge base articles, so customer service keeps pace with ticket volume.
Zoho Books
Ongoing maintenance of VAT settings, invoicing, bank reconciliation, financial reports and multi-currency handling, aligned with guidance from your accountant.
Zoho Projects
Support for project templates, task dependencies, timesheets and billing links, so project data stays accurate for invoicing and reporting.

How Our Zoho Support Process Works
Every request follows the same path, whether it is a permission change or a broken integration, so problems are fixed properly instead of being patched and returning.
1
Issue Intake & Priority Assessment
Requests are logged with screenshots and steps to reproduce, then prioritised by business impact, so a blocked invoice run is handled before a report formatting change.
2
Root Cause Analysis
We look for the underlying cause, such as a changed field, an expired connection or conflicting rules, so the same problem does not come back next month.
3
Resolution & Quality Testing
Fixes are made and tested, in a sandbox where one is available, and the affected process is checked end to end with your team before the request is closed.
4
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Each change is recorded so your team and future support staff know what was changed and why, and users receive short guidance where a fix affects their work.
5
Proactive Monitoring & Optimization
We review integration logs, automation failures and usage patterns to spot problems early, before they appear as missed follow-ups or unreconciled payments.
6
Continuous Support & Strategic Recommendations
Regular reviews turn recurring requests into improvements, such as a new automation, a simpler layout or a short training session, so the same requests stop coming back.
Why Businesses in the UAE Use Techvaria for Zoho Support
Our consultants implement Zoho as well as support it, so they recognise problems caused by design decisions, not just user error. We keep a record of your configuration and change history, which shortens diagnosis. We work remotely with businesses across the UAE and are direct about trade-offs: if a request would cost more to maintain than it saves, we will suggest a simpler option. For finance and HR settings, we work alongside your accountant, tax adviser or HR team rather than replacing their judgement. The aim is a Zoho system your team trusts and keeps using.

UAE Changes Your Zoho Support Plan Should Cover
Support is not only fixing faults. In the UAE, several regulatory and platform changes land on live Zoho systems in 2026 and 2027.
E-invoicing go-live
UAE invoices will be exchanged in a structured format through an FTA-accredited service provider rather than sent as PDFs. A pilot runs from July 2026; businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint a provider by 31 July 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027, and other businesses by 31 March 2027 and 1 July 2027. Support work includes cleaning customer TRNs and tax settings in Zoho Books and connecting the provider; see our UAE e-invoicing readiness guide.
Data centre migration
Zoho’s UAE region, with data centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, opened in January 2026. New accounts registered to the UAE are placed there; accounts created earlier or under another country stay where they were unless a migration is planned. If you want your account moved, we plan the window, check integrations and custom functions afterwards and support users through the change.
Payroll and HR updates
Where you use Zoho Payroll’s UAE edition, salary information files for WPS, gratuity calculations and GPSSA settings need checking when rules or headcount change. We include these checks in the support plan.

Larger changes, such as adding a new application or redesigning a process, can be handled as separate projects.
Yes. We support custom functions, Deluge scripts, Zoho Creator applications, webhooks and API integrations, including code written by other developers. Where code is undocumented, we review and document it first so it can be maintained safely.
Yes. We maintain tax rates and treatments, tax invoice templates, multi-currency settings, bank feeds and reconciliation rules in Zoho Books, and update them when your requirements change. We configure what your accountant or tax adviser specifies; compliance decisions and filings remain with them and with your business.
Yes. We support businesses across the UAE remotely and in person from our office in Al Qusais, Dubai. If you want your account hosted in Zoho’s UAE data centres, opened in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in January 2026, we plan and test the move. See our guide to Zoho UAE data centres.
Response times are agreed in your support plan and depend on the severity of the issue. Problems that stop critical work, such as invoicing or order processing, are prioritised over routine changes. We confirm the agreed response targets in writing before support begins.
We start with an audit of your Zoho setup, covering configuration, custom code, integrations, user roles and data quality. You receive a summary of what we found and what needs attention, and day-to-day support begins once the main risks are understood. Access and documentation from your previous provider, where available, speed this up.
Yes. The UAE’s phased e-invoicing programme starts with larger businesses in 2027. As part of support, we review your Zoho Books data, such as customer TRNs, tax settings and invoice fields, and plan changes as Zoho releases its UAE e-invoicing features. Our UAE e-invoicing guide explains what is changing.
Yes. Plans are shaped by the applications you use, how much customisation and integration your setup includes, the number of users, and how much ongoing change you expect. We recommend a starting level after reviewing your system and adjust it once we see the actual volume of requests.
